Be Calm. Don’t worry too much. Don’t overload yourself with too much information. Don’t throw your anger at someone else. But don’t keep the anger in. Keep the anger calm.
Anger overloads us sometimes. Stress overloads us a lot of the time and we have no way of overcoming it. Sometimes it’s just too much. We need rest. We need to keep calm. But keeping calm doesn’t mean bottling all the emotions up. It means letting them go. Let the anger, the emotions, the feelings, let go.
Scream it all out into a pillow. It’s okay to let it all out. Cry. Cry it away. Punch a punching bag. It’s okay. But always know, there are other people out there, going through the same thing as you are.You are NEVER alone. Ever.
Do what you think is right and what makes you happy. Believe in yourself. You believe in you, even when others don’t. Be true to who you are. Be calm. Be You.
